100 kW
I had this build in mind for a long time.. but was missing a rwd x5303..
Finally got my hands on one along with the bicycle frame.. frame use to be a ebike originally with some fairings that had been ripped of it at one point..
I thought id give it a go.. front motor litterly dropped in without any modifications.. and the drop out are some nice strong steal...
The rear motor dropped in easily also.. all i had done was to weld the torque arms on the inner rear bike arms
onto controllers...
i built 2 twin irfb4110 24 fet infinion eb324 controllers.. both with match mosfets.. very heavy copper traces... each controller should put out at least 17kw once programmed to full power.... these are the newer eb324 infinion pcbs.. with the improved mosfet cooling due to the newer design...all wires on the controller are 8awg to minimize voltage sag..
i made a mini harness to link both controller throttles together topped off with zombies throttle tamer.. (thanks for building this zombies... bike would of been to aggresive without it at low throttle..)
I have a 24s2p 20c 5ah turnigy pack wired up in the massive aluminum case....
To do still...
Add a front brake.. lol
Move the seat a notch forward
Reduce the size of the battery box
Add a second cycle analyst
Wire up both 3 speed switches
fuses.. for up to 300 amp discharge :O
bigger battery pack? Higher discharge..
pics attached..
