Hello all and thank you in advance for your help.

I've opened a new Nine Continent few days ago and I think the motor was "sealed" with something like a glue. Because I've removed this thin layer of glue to open the motor, now I would like to seal it again.

Could you please recommend some product to do this ?

Thanks again.

I live in a dry climate, so I don't bother. Or I even drill tiny vent holes to let condensation that gets in steam back out every ride.

Any decent silicone product should work fine. Bath caulk, silicone gasket stuff, whatever is cheapest and handiest if you have something like that in the garage. Just don't use a more glue like product such as gutter caulk or construction adhesives.

it is best not to reseal it since it will allow the water out around the perimeter now. centrifugal force pushes the water to the hub magnets so if it is open there it will let the water run out while turning..
