Phaserunner auto-tune & hall sensors question

Apologies if this is a silly question, but it’s one for any Phaserunner owners.

Am I correct in understanding that the Phaserunner auto-tune process will assess and correct for any Hall Sensor wiring differences - ie it will not be ‘phased’ but some wires potentially being in a different configuration?
