Please Help Throttle replacement?

I have a 1600w 48v brushless motor controller E05B scooter. The scooter only goes about 5mph although it's expected to do 18mph I'm replacing the throttle. It has the waterproof 5 pin connector (see pictures) my new throttle has 4 wires R, G, Bl, Y I don't know how to test the 5 pin to determine where the wires go. I do have the diagram for the new one. Anyone want to help a rookie chic figure this out before Xmas?

What test did the throttle fail to require replacement?

This may be important to know, to be sure it is just the throttle, and also so we can direct you to measuring and connecting things correctly for the replacement you're using, and to be sure that's compatible.
