q128 in24" DH rim spoke size ?HELP

hi all ..just started my 2nd commuter bike build .motor and rim have just arrived Q128 +24" DH rim .
i have measured ERD ,but im not sure it is done right. since this rim is abit thick and nipple is only half way thru (its a plain bicycle nipple 14g i suppose)
One measure i know for sure is inner rim diameter 48cm ,i read that Cute motors need dishing ...does that mean i will need two diff. spoke sizes?Can anyone suggest which calculator ?

The dishing doesn't need different spoke lengths. For the ERD, you can use the inside diameter (480mm?) plus 5mm.
