What 18650 charger tests cells MAH???

Looking for the charger that tells how many mah the cells are and also does it discharge the battery for a test?

There are many.
The Opus is one I use, also Foxnovo and Nitecore I have.
Opus is a good all rounder and has a fan.

What do you plan on using it for single cells or making a battery pack with 80 to 160 cells in it. Are you just looking for capacity or an internal resistance. What's the big picture.

Bought some clones from China Wana test them see how close they are to what they claim VTC6 3120 mah (yea right lol). Last VTC5 I got were actually pretty decent performing pulled 20 Amos out of 1 cell for a while never even got warm. LMO batteries.

Btw I got the Opus BT-C3400 3.1V. I have a Imax b6 but its probably not authentic I'm not sure just want to test a few cells.

Just use the opus.
I have an original imax also. I still use the opus.
Why not just try the two you have for a start
