I like the battery and controller stow, but not the no-trail forks. It makes me wonder about whether the built-in flex of the rear stay geometry was intentional.
 
The stresses on that rear joint, where the top tube goes between the seat tube and the seat stays, I forsee cracks galore!

It looks like a retro styled copy of the bikes that came between 1880s penny farthings, and the 1890s diamond framed saftey bicycles. There's an evolutionary reason none of those stylings survived.

You do have + caster (trail) , offset would slow the steering a bit , but also add wheel flop you don't need on this bike .. Maybe triangulate the seat - chain stay area with out changing the concept of design much....
