Wired controller wrong to throttle, did I blow the throttle or controller?

My throttle has red black green yellow and blue. I may have wired the blue wire to the battery instead of the yellow wire. Now thing works no matter what I do. Did I fry the throttle or controller you think?

In general you should not rely on the colour of the wires. It's best to verify their purpose with a multimeter first. A simple test you can do it to check for +5V dc from the controller's throttle connector. You would probe the +5V wire and the ground wire and see if you get around 5V (will like be around 4.75V or close to 5V).
