Good day all.
I am trying to find out as much as I can regarding the ZKC3615KA-CT2 Brushed DC Hub Motor Controller.
Searching on google has come up with very little details, regarding this controller.
As you can see looking at the label it seems that this unit was made in Jan-2005.
And here is the circuit board.
The microprocessor does not appear to have any part or model numbers.
I have been able to work out what most of the pins on the microprocessor do.
Pin 01 - (D)
Pin 02 - (C)
Pin 03 - Mode Selector.
Pin 04 - Motor PWM.
Pin 05 - Not Connected.
Pin 06 - Current Sence.
Pin 07 -
Pin 08 - Gnd (0v).
Pin 09 -
Pin 10 - Battery Voltage Monitor.
Pin 11 - Thottle Hall Sensor.
Pin 12 - Max Speed Adjuster.
Pin 13 - Vcc (5v).
Pin 14 - Not Connected.
Pin 15 - Not Connected.
Pin 16 - Not Connected.
Pin 17 - Not Connected.
Pin 18 - Peddel Hall Sensor.
Pin 19 - Brake Switch.
Pin 20 - Not Connected.
Does anyone here know anything more about this controller?
