Are you sure you have a gap between the casing and the frame? There should be a little gap otherwise you are bending the casing and possible causing the crank to bind
Mybe in terms of having a electric sports car. You have the high energy density batteries when you want high range and you have the high power batteries for high accelerarion and track times
If I remember correctly the two pin red connector that you plug the mechanical ebrake sensor. The sensor has a switch inside the brake that is pressed when the lever is released therefore making it a normally closed
Also a change from 24 to 20 can be solved with just different kind of wiring from cells to bms, alot of bms-s are capable for x cells but can be used with less if the manufacturer has provided wiring diagrams
What about front derrailleuer, is it properly set up? I see alot of people building mid drives remove it and commonly get their chain slipped off to the side of the chain ring
