I just started my shifter kart conversion to 35kW BLDC watercooled (16kg) that I already used on my racing bike with a magura throttle, now I need a pot box? which one is reliable and will work with my sevcon gen4 controller?

What pot box are you using for the throttle? I just started my e-kart project with a 35kW BLDC motor (16kg!) and a 5,15kWh lipo battery.

I already did the bearing change several times at the lynch/agni motors and on a motor of a brammo. But I wanted to ask first to make no mistakes. Just attachted the pics from the brammo motor.

just realized a knock-knock-knock at low rpm from the left motor bearing (sprockt side), how can I replace it for a new one? thanks from germany best regards Christian

2013 and 2014 is different. Anyway, I solved the problem. Zero sent me some pics which show the positions of the fuses in the loom. C7 for the DC/DC was not on the front/left side below the front battery, it was in the loom between the batteries.

The DC/DC is still working and the 4A fuse is still ok. So anything else should be wrong. May be it is the little black box under the front battery, but without a wiring diagram it is s*** to work on.
