I have this issue as well.

I have the latest OSF installed. Just installed some integrated lighting (head and tail light). Now, when I activate the lights (holding down the +), the motor rarely engages. Sometimes it randomly will, but usually not. Any ideas what's going on?

Yeah my throttle hasn't worked since I updated to the latest custom firmware. I mentioned it in the main TSDZ2 CFW thread but I don't think anyone said anything. I guess not too many people use a throttle. Even I never do even though I have one.

What did you do? Mine was for the most part pretty good but as soon as I started messing with the torque calibration it all went to hell. I followed all the instructions on the Wiki, but now the response is terrible and when I change gears the motor doesn't even kick in until a good 10 seconds.

So what is a safe assist factor for the TSDZ2 OSF? I currently have my highest level (9) set to 2.5 but I'm afraid to use it given the defaults were all much lower.

On the topic of LVC, can anyone tell me what an ideal LVC setting is for the EM3EV 52v (17Ah). I currently have it set to 42 (14 series * 3), but not sure if I can go higher since the Samsung cells are rated at 3.6V. Range is most important to me.
