New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hi all. What is the current best, safest .hex file to flash to my 2019 36v 350w motor? Thanks

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

One more pic. The biggest problem is the circlip groove. It is a massive stress riser and is where the crack starts to form. I can't imagine shot preening working here. One thought I have had is to tig weld up the circlip groove and to find another way of locating the axle. Or at least tig the...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

It snapped on the drive side at the circlip groove. The crack appears to have been propagating for a while looking at the fracture surface. The axle snapped landing a decent sized drop on a downhill track. I have not fitted the extra bearing and do not believe it would have any effect on this...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Its an old Roox chain dog lower roller. I've just cut down the mount and bolted it on to the lower shock mount. It keeps the chain on most of the time, but ive ordered a 104bcd adapter and am going to run a narrow wide ring and hopefully that stops all dropped chains. Dug a little deeper...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Just snapped an axle at 540kms. Anyone know where to buy just an axle by itself or the cheapest place to get a torque sensor unit?

Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

Yes my issue is a bad cell in the battery. It hits 3.0v while all other cells are still at 3.6v. When it hits 3.0v it triggers the BMS and shuts off the battery while the the battery voltage is still 35.5v.

Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

Thanks everyone, looks like I probably have a bad cell. I have cut into the battery and am charging each group of cells individually with an RC charger as suggested. These are the voltages I measured when fully charged 1. 3.97 2. 4.08 3. 4.08 4. 3.97 5. 3.97 6. 4.19 7. 3.97 8. 3.97 9...

Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

You were correct, I ran the battery on a light globe until the bms shut it off at 35v. Do you know if it is possible to change the LVC on a battery bms?

Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

Sorry, I am very new to programming. What personal setting would I be inserting in the config.h file? Why cant I just use the settings in TDSZ2_Controller_vM0.19.C.hex?

I have the VLCD6 display. I was under the impression that Marqoc settings suited the 36v motor? All I really need is the original .hex file with the LVC changed to 29v (battery BMS 30v.) The problem is I only get half range out of my battery as the motor turns off at 35.5v. Thanks

Is it not possible to flash TDSZ2_Controller_vM0.19.C.hex file using STVP?

Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

Thanks, I need to flash using the STVP as the .Jar compiler does not work on my PC, which is why I need the latest .hex file for a stable version. Can I just flash TDSZ2_Controller_vM0.19.C.hex file using STVP? Thanks

What is the latest most stable .hex file to suit 36v 350w motor? And where can I get it from? What is the most simple way to change my low voltage cut off? I have 36v 350w tsdz2 Motor cuts off at 35.5v battery voltage now I want to cut off at 29v. How do I change this simply? Thanks
