Posting here and there, trying to find info as well on the X-treme Green as well.. mainly a display info issue. any help is appreciated. i have acquired one of these as well. Has a newish battery in it too.

Hmmmm, Well, So much for that idea then... What kind of wire are the hub motors using then ?

I might go by the Aviation dept at the local airport, I have a buddy there, I probably could get some old aircraft wire, it's teflon coated. and i think it's got thin insulation and it's tough too...Didn't think of that before.. I'll look into it...

Well, there's not much of a way to make this big honkin this inconspicuous. It is a police mobility vehicle.. I've already peeled off all the police stickers..

I have checked all cables and connections,,Not able to check the boards themselves, they are potted.. I wish there was a way to connect to the CAN BUS and see what there is to see.. but without the program, There is nothing i can do.

I'll rig something up to test the controller 1st, thanks...

Where can one find Hub Motor wire ? I was given a set up that was destroyed. Cable twisted right off at the spindle. I was given the battery , hub wheel and controls. So if i fix it, I can use it. This cable has hall sensors as well.

Just poking in the dark here, Does anyone happen to have any of the electronic modules for this unit ? I think the module that sends data to the dash panel has died on mine, The panel lights up, but no data is displayed. Battery volts = 0 , Amps- 199.9 , Speed =0 Cell volts - 0 Would be nice...

hi, sorry for late reply..>> I got the motor together, only to discover the magnets were too short, I got 1.5" long but actually needed 2" long. Discovered that the hall effect sensors weren't being properly triggered, So to fix this I just ordered some 1/2 longer magnets and added them in...

Success, It works..but I don't know why the Dashbord has no readings on it anymore...everything is zero, like it's getting no info from the computer, But it has power..But That is a different issue I'll figure out later on.. Thanks to all that gave me advice, I'm going to get it all back...
