This is a Felt Cafe, with a 350W rear geared kit from EBikekit, running on 4v Lipo.

I have the same distance commute, on mostly flat ground. I use a 350 geared hub, (E-Bikekit), and Turnigy Nano 8000Mah, 6s. (44v). I use 2-2.5 AH for the round trip, travelling at 19-20MPH. So the Nano 8000MAH should work well for you, with power to spare.

I have dealt with EP Buddy in the past, and have found the service to be very good, with fast shipping and responsive service. I do hope they come out with 6s *AH Lipo. I would pay the extra to have the fast shipping and a USA distributor.

Office Depot carries a wide range of these boxes. They work well for my 44v 8AH lipo pack. (2 Zippy 6s 8ah in series). They have many sizes to choose from, and seem fairly sturdy for protecting from bumps, etc. I lined mine with foam. http://www.reallyusefulproducts.co.uk/usa/
