I got the controller to work now, It was my battery that had some bad soldering on it. With load it keept loosing voltage and is fixed now. the controller is working good now. :)
Is there a way to change some components inside controller to get higher Volt drive? So that it can hadle some more...
The controller is i good vented place. It only need very little load to get the error. So the controller is useless for me right now.

The controller looks like this. But for 48v and 18a
Just got myself a bafang cst 48v500w hub motor with 18a bafang controller. Everything is plug and play, but it shows error on computer that says error 06 that mean controller hot. I have to restart system to restore but it's very annoying to have this fault. Can someone help me with any solution...
I was hoping to build my self a betterypack of 39 pieces of 26650 LiTion batteries that I bought myself. Can someone give an example of how the pack could look like? 12 in series and 3 of those in parallel. I was thinking of around 35cm big pack that could fit in the triangle or under seat.
Thanks a lot. One single Hyperion should do the work for me I think. Does anyone know how long time it takes to charge 48v 15ah Li-ion batteries with one single Hyperion and one 12v power supply? And with 24v 400w?
Just ordered hyperion 1420i from USA. $140 inclusive shipping. Now have to find 2 decent external power supply. Maybe some old computer power supply will work.
The batteries is trustfire 26650 5000mah Li-ion batteries. Got 40 pieces from him. Will get it next month I hope. Cut off should be around 2.7v I think.
I was thinking of removable battery pack. Think that's best for my setup. Can someone recommend a good BMS for me then? Maybe that's the best...
A friend of mine got trust fire 26650 5ah batteries that he don't need. I think he got t from eBay or alibaba. Batteries give 4200mah and are tested and read to be used. Cheap was it also.
My goal is to make 48v 12ah for daily use. I think that it should work. Have been training on soldering...
Does graupner charger need external power to work? Or is it stand alone unit? I'm about to start my project and think that it's time to order the charger unit. What other chargers work for my planned 13s3p 26650 batteries?
