Ivy,
You did not refund me for the EX Pro. Why don’t you share screen shots of you rejecting my refund requests? I was forced to arbitration with Alibaba through the trade assurance protection. Alibaba then refunded me just $580. Alibaba claimed the full amount was sent, it was not. My...
Ivy,
You repeatedly rejected my requests for a refund when you couldn’t or wouldn’t ship the EX Pro 205 days into a 187 contract. You caused Alibaba.com and my credit card company to get involved. Their solution is you losing 2 bikes for yourself and $471 for me. Not to mention the...
OK gang, an update. I’ve now been accused of fraud by Cecelia for initiating a credit card dispute. Alibaba.com ,it seems, refunded my order completely according to Frey for both a CC and EX Pro.
The problem is I’m still out $471 after my credit card deducted that amount which was a...
Those are all very good questions. This is the last message I receive from Alibaba.

OK, here is an update as to where I stand. Alibaba escalation ruled in my favor for a refund of $4180. My credit card was refunded $580 shortly after. I have been going back and forth with Alibaba at which time they closed my order as completed showing they have refunded the $4180. My last...
I’d like to share what I have been going through with Frey. I ordered two bikes an ExPro on the in early April and a CC ($3050.00 with rack lights and mud guards) for my wife in early June. The EX Pro was with a free rail shipping promotion and the CC $550 rail to Ireland. I was sent a...
Update to recent shipping and tax problems for a CC sent to Ireland. Ivy made things right after a bit of back and forth. I would have shared if I was left unhappy so it is only right that I report that she fixed the problem.
The first tracking # was Poland, now I have one from Hungary. My only other experience with a Chinese supplier was Em3ev and that was perfect. I foolishly took the switch to air at Cecilas request as she related that I would be on the hook for $100-$200. Customs had other ideas.
I talked to Simon but the U.K.is in the worlds longest divorce from the EU so U.K. Ireland trade was/is up in the air. Now the question is which will happen first, Brexit or me getting the product.
After further negotiations Frey has made an effort to resolve our shipping dispute. When that happens I will update. Until then I remain in “good luck with that” status.
Ireland, 21% vat at the moment. If they hadn’t stated $100-200 I could have made an informed decision. Yes, I am in the “good luck with that” territory. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up so you could make an actual informed decision.
