I am at 100V no load with a 2.0 version CA. I've experienced no problems at this voltage. In the spec sheet they say it's range is 15-100V.

I would use the ebikekit charger myself. The max charging spec on Headways is 3.65 +or- .05. The chargers probably are adjustable so you can tweak them right where you want them.

So far the max current I've pulled from the pack is 38A. I had about a 4 volt drop at this load (3.8C).

I can't wait to hear how you do. I'd be very impressed if you pulled off 14's. I'm mostly interested in the top speed though. I'm all for the max speed and efficiency aspect of ebikes.

Hey guys. I got the chargers and got all the cells topped off but it still goes off! Any other ideas? All I want to be able to do is balance out the pack with the BMS.

Thanks for the tip. I just bought a couple of them. I figure I might as well balance them all out. I plan on using my BMS as a balancer only as well. Not only is the thing huge but it's also to delicate for the environment it will be in. The thing cost way to much for that.
