Seems like there is lower maximum rpm and some stuttering motor behaviour with one controller with open source firmware for some reason while maximum rpm remains higher and the motor runs smoothly with open source firmware on another identical mcu type controller. Hard to tell without tachometer.

Shame already put on additional 1mm spacer resulting in 1.6mm clearance. Someone from electricbike.com forum also ended up increasing the clearance to be on the safe side.

Is 0.63mm clearance between Maestro suspension linkage bolt head and BBSHD housing enough or it needs to be more to account for possible frame flex?

Can't access the sport mode by pressing the brake lever and power button anymore with 860c display. Was able to access it once but not anymore. No problems with dpc-18 display. Turns out 860c display doesn't allow access to sport mode when password is turned on.
