    Hi, The axle is static, the hub is spinning around like in a classic wheel. You don't need to weld anymore, all is assembled by stanless screw. The fork have to be locked in road position, its ok if you don't want to practice downhill. Fred

    The hub motor modified: This one is geared and have a freewheel built-in, but no hole for a disk brake. The 15 thooth sprocket is bolted on the side of the motor thru an home made adaptator.
