I got some reading to do but even if all I do is make this bike run reliably again stock ill be happy too. Changing the sprockets is interesting, I only need 55 mph max (88km) speed on the roads I travel.

or GNG vs removing dynamo on front and replace with hub motor and power Harmony off battery
and adding a Schlumpf high speed drive ?

In my search for ebike options (cheap, < 10 mile rides, no need for fast) for my wife I came upon this.
Curious if anyone has had any experience with them. Figuring you get what you pay for =)...
I have a Schwinn Transit. It's a great old bike from the 1990s I picked up last year for like 20 or 30 dollars used
Before making it an ebike I would upgrade the tubes/tires/brakes (such as with some Avids)
just curious what sorta power this frame / fork can handle with torque arms etc...
I read that the Brammo empulse has water cooling.
Also of course PC overclockers have used water cooling for years.
Has anyone yet worked out a good way to water cool these ?
