my first mid-drive creation for wifes ebike

Hey everyone just wanted to share my most recent little creation made for my wifes first ebike in 2 hours (including a beer when done ) built during a thunderstorm we had last night

Bafang mid drive 350 on a 24 inch woman's mtb
36v 10ah lithium ion battery

Nothing fancy but first test drive runs excellent and far more quite than expected
Around as much noise as my conhismotor 1000w hub motor and bike is far better balanced than my rear hub motor with rear rack mount batteries of course
Just fast enough to be fun but not too much for a first ebike


Will clean it up some more such as the wiring soon

This encourages me to experiment more with mid drive

This forum is awesome and source of enthusiasm and inspiration

Next installing a gnc 48v mid drive on my bike

Contemplated buying a ready to go bike but building own so much more fun....and economical
