    In order to comply with European regulations, I only use the motor for pedalling assistance. I live in hilly Norway and can say that this motor makes a big difference when climbing. Now I use 16-20. of the 21 gears when riding uphill on asphalt roads! Concerning the range, a 10 km (6 miles) trip...

    Bafang SWXH Repair Opening One Up

    Hello zukster, couldn't you use the channel locks when the freewheel was on the motor? Then it might be that the freewheel puller could fit without drilling, i.e. on the removed motor cap.
