Yes it will start to reduce at 63V+2V.
LoVolRestore is the voltage where you will get full power again.
i never tried to spread them for more, but you can try protect with 60V and restore with 65V and you will see how the controller reacts.
You have got a 20S battery, so 60V is still safe, but i wouldn't go much lower because there is only a little capacity left below 3V.
You can go down to 2,8V per cell under load, but I would not recommand this for normal flat road use.
Problem is the controller only sees battery voltage and not SoC because your BMS does not talk to the controller.
In a consumer electric motorcycle the controller will reduce the max line current depending on the battery SOC readings from the BMS.
