"xm-blue" build, testing bmsbattery service and gear

Took the battery apart for examination for planned modification and also checked how it's holding together. Well, looks like the bms is too crammed in there and one capacitor does not look so nice anymore, does it?

Well fux that torque sensor I say.. angrily! It is so badly documented, it is so badly attachable, it didnt work for many reasons and I threw that garbage out and put my mis-ordered PAS back on - that works great! 1. 2. 3. on the other side it just attatches with a screw on and is supposed...

Here's the latest look, fixed myself some more proper mudguards. Stuff got too messy with just the silly rear guard on days with wet road. It was pretty tricky to get those supports on there with all the diskbreak and other things in the way. And front doesnt even have mounting for mudguards so...

Yeah he used regular spokes and thanks for the input, i'll see if any problems arise that can be put on think spokes and I hope you are right :) My first wheel years ago came pre-assembled and worked for like two years with no problems until the accident. After that I had to rebuild the wheel...

"xm-blue" build, testing bmsbattery service and gear

Oh really? Strange that they themselves didnt know about it and concluded, that it had been damaged :) I should let them know. What i'm really missing is an energy meter. The lcd3 does know my wattage used so there is actually a shunt and hw ability to read what has been used, really shame that...

The nut managed to screw up the indicator board it was running over, glad that nothing more important didnt get damaged. I hope. showing both empty and full when button is pressed, full charge battery. Will put the nut under some hot-glue to be safe. And here's how the bike looks right now...

Talked with the support and they agreed that I take it apart and find whats loose. It was a screw that had come loose after the first drive to work. From USB door holder.. will place hot glue on it later. Not sure if it damaged the charge indicator now or not.. it was showing kinda funny now.

Ok, it is time for update how things are going. Who has blown up a Q100H?

I believe Q100CST is different motor. It's a cassete version of Q100 i think? While the Q100H is the new upgraded version, have not seen cassete version of that. Ordered mine from bmsbattery because other convenient places dont seem to sell it yet.

    NYX by Grunt

Looking good :) But i'm confused about the "Really stealth" claim in the first post, whats really stealth about this bike? If i see that rolling by, it's pretty obviously electric and doesnt hide that much from any angle imho :D

Oh, and I placed my order today, 3. july 2017. Picked a tiny bit pricier shipping that promised 2-7 work days of shipping instead of 4-15days of the cheapest. Difference 15$. Lets see how much it holds up.

Since my "xm-t1" tank build went up in flames, then i'm taking a little break from big complex build and try one geared common build before i'm going to restore the tank. Let us see if i need to regret a lot from buying from bmsbattery.com or not. Also I will get some more details up about the...

    Greentime controllers

Good news everyone! The equation is still game. Turned out that sneaky soldering guys had decided to stack resistors.. As I was going with experimentation route to just increase the resistance to get my regen working - desoldering revealed the truth: So 39k + 15k in parallel makes up for...

    Greentime controllers

Guys help me out here, i have that exact board. According to this equation and the LVC resistor i have on my RJ15k spot, (SMD resistor marked 393 -> 39k) the LVC is 101V - if true, i dont think the controller should work at all, atm i only cant get the regen working.. so did I calculate...

    Greentime controllers

did i get screwed now with the 32v LVC and because of this, my regen breaks dont engage because my battery is way over some derived value? Controller is for up to 72v and i'm running 16s lipo, 60v nominal.. does anyone know what resistors change the LVC value!? Leo is still hiding and doesnt...

    Greentime controllers

I have all the wires on hes picture but then some.. can somebody help me identifying those please? :) 1. purple single wire - on board runs to same place where "controller on-off" goes, whats it for? 2. white loop - not a regen loop that is orange. If i have it connected - it starts to spin...

    Greentime controllers

So, got the controller finally. TNT picked it up at 28 and it was delivered by 5th, so good job by delivery service at least :) The package was kept well but the box inside the package wasnt so much - they hadnt handled it very well in storage at china i think.. that had resulted pretty...
