    On my latest charge, the TCS value, which started at 59%, went up to 61% after a while, which was a gross underestimate (actual value should have been 75ish). I manually restarted the charge and then the TCS value started increasing more rapidly. It still totally missed 90%.... I ended it...

    Glass puncture through the tire

    If you ride anywhere there might be glass, you should check your tires visually every so often because glass can get stuck there and eventually work its way in over time, just as you described. A little prophylaxis can go a long way on glass.

    Also, hats off to a guy who did some solid research. If someone were to ask "what's the best way to build a low cost hub motor ebike?" the consensus response from this forum would probably have been Genesis V2100 + yescomusa kit + LiFePO4 battery
