Emmet There is a small rechargeable backup battery inside the DC1. It may need replacing. Remove the jumper on the back of the DC1 to disconnect the battery and see if that helps. You may need to replace the battery. :)

Check a few settings in your DC1 1. Set the correct tire circumference. It affects th speed reading. 2. Check you don't have a speed limit set. Look in set limits. Set it as high as it will go. Nice paint job. :thumb:

The new motor has an improved water proof connector for the hall/temp wires. So if you send Stealth your controller and DC-1 they will flash the latest software in both controller and DC-1 and update the connector in the controller. I would recommend the new battery if you are upgrading...

Rix, good observation on the new motor. I rode one of the latest B52's and they were so impressive that I decided to upgrade my motor and battery. The new motor is just fantastic, it has way more torque at all speeds, weighs several pounds less that the old motor and is more efficient. The...

There are 2 O-rings that seal the bush. Try replacing them top and bottom. They will prevent the shock rotating side to side as shown in your photos. :)

cashmax It is a bit hard to tell from the video, check that the hall sensor connector is plugged in correctly, they are easy to disconnect, but harder to reconnect. You have to pull the lock ring back while pushing the connector forward. If it is connected correctly and it still wont run, you...

dh_paule For the stock Bomber battery the charge voltage is 87.6v (24 x 3.65v) Don't worry If you have already ordered the charger you can easily adjust the voltage if it is set wrong. Cruzxia

Re bike security. I tend to lock the bomber through the back wheel using a Kryptonite hoop lock. The back wheel can be unbolted by an organised thief, but then he has a bike with no wheel/motor, and has to move the rest of the bike with no back wheel. Cutting off the seat mount, would be...

Snapperboy When the bike is new, the paint around the axle parts wares, and the nut comes loose. If the axle clamp is loose then the axle will move, loosening the axle nut. If the axle clamp is tight, it wont be the regen causing the issue. The axle clamp only prevents axle rotation, It dose...

I have a Oregon like the one in the photo. It is water proof. The speed and xyz g force is displayed when played back on a Tv If you use their pc program to view the footage, It will display your location on google maps as you ride, which is cool to see where you have been. Rix You could try pre warming the bike, if it is stored in a room at say 85f over night, then the battery will warm through. If you ride hard the current draw should keep it warm. Just don't stop for coffee along the way. If your battery wont discharge when cold, it wont charge either. Are...

Kepler With oil cooling the heat from the stater should be transferred via the oil to the outer casing more rapidly. So your motor should heat up faster from cold than it did with no oil. I would the expect it to run cooler internally, but the outer case should run hotter than it when it was...

Happy new year to everyone. Kepler keep us posted on the oiled up BPM. I am right with you, I like the motor, but the gear noise is irritating. I have a BPM II, but I haven't run it yet. They have the screw on motor cover that needs a special tool to open the motor. The machining looks more...

Cycle Analyst V3 preview and first beta release

Justin Mode 1 & 2 issue resolved, I found the issue that was preventing the throttle opening in mode 1. For some reason the start speed in mode 1 had defaulted to 99kph. once I set it back to 0 mode 1 and 2 both worked perfectly. I did discover that with the throttle voltage limited, the...

Speed limiting B20 Direct throttle mode. In B20 the speed limiting is still over shooting on initial throttle. I set 19 kph and it went to 30 kph before it limited. Once working it was very good, no surging, just nice and smooth. :D  I think the over shoot is caused by the throttle...

Kepler I have been testing the power settings with my BPM code 12, I have the CA set at 1800w (it is a V3 so you can set the Watts and amps) and the controller limited at 34A. I have set up the CA with a slight delay, so that it takes about 0.5-1s to react and limit the throttle. This gives...
