    how much power can you pump through this motor before it starts getting REALLY hot and damage it? I am thinking about upgrading my 48v controller to a 60v controller and I am not sure how my 1000w conhis motor will respond...any input guys?

    Have thought about using a breaker? I use this as my switch...you can get them cheap on ebay ..a friend of mine that owns an ebike store gave this to me and it works great..connect it to the positive wire coming from your battery..thats it DZ47-63...
