I received my packs. I have not put them under load but the resting voltage seems good. Weird the seller would never respond to my messages after I sent payment but the packs eventually arrived so no complaints.
Weird, I was about to post on here that this was a scam, but it seems others here have had successful transactions. I sent money over a week ago with no response since. For those of you that have had success, how long it it take the seller to ship once you sent him money?
Just grab a cheap controller.https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32866728420.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.27b13c00ursOwL&mp=1
The important thing is to buy a battery that can handle the amps
Go with the enduro frame, it makes for a cleaner easier build. With a regular full suspension bike you always have the problem of where to put the batteries. By the time you strap it on you ruin whatever aesthetics you had. I started with a regular mtb then switched to a vector lite frame and it...
Wait the qs 1000 has a tapered shaft now? Mine is not tapered. I just bought a 15mm 219 sprocket from lightning rods and bored it out to 17mm and it works fine.
Has anyone connected their controller to a bafang ultra m620 yet? I'm thinking of connecting my 12F to one. I guess you need to run sensorless sense the ultra uses some weird magnet thing instead of halls. Will it be as easy to get running as my qs1000 was besides the no hall sensors issue?
I'll take one with pedals, but with the QS3000, I could care less about q-factor. Sorry but the square battery is ugly, make it a rectangle/triangle up into the frame even if you lose a few cells. Love the single chain idea, keep up the good work! I'll be following this closely
Hey Fechter how was the power of the Spitzing compared to the X-1? I've ridden the Spitzing but not the X-1.
Tom I'd consider buying your x-1 depending on the discount. Where are you located?
Yeah 219 sprocket in 17mm is a unicorn. Had to buy a 15mm from lightning Rods and bore it out. If someone finds one let me know.

The nulear 12F and qs1000 are perfect together...
My 1000 has been really happy at 3500w, around 8:1 reduction with a 26in wheel. I don't have a temp gauge but will bump it to 5000w once installed The motor shaft is 17mm nontapered so the 3000 sprockets won't work, I use a 219 sprocket
pad spreader? You mean a flat head screwdriver? Just kidding. Cool bike. Let's us know if you can get over 25mph on level ground, kepler mentioned it was tough. Does it have a watt meter?
I'm really happy with the performance of my 12F. But the combination of performance and your quick responses to all my questions is the reason I'll probably buy another..
The nucular controller has the same feature, I've been meaning to try it. Let us know how it goes. My problem is my chain keeps skipping on the motor sprocket
I progressed in a similar way. Upping the voltage is the easiest way to increase power(and top speed). Went to 72v until I melted my motor, bought bigger motor, then bigger battery, better frame, etc. So yeah go to 72v and have fun.....
I'm working on a 5kw middrive offroad machine that weighs 60lb that I can pedal home when it breaks down. Most people tell me to get a dirt bike or just give me blank stares. I'm surrounded by USFS land that just opened up to class 1, but once you're accustomed to high power how can you be happy...
Thanks for the kind words Eli, I'll gladly take the compliment but I was running the hubbie at 6kw, so I think we were roughly the same power? I have no drive train and it has been trouble free for thousands of miles. It has been time-proven by many on this forum, I just copied the formula that...
