    I found a sensor thats name is cysj166a that is 1.5x1.5x.6mm case sive wich i believe i would be able to get to work. Do you all think this woulf be combatable with a vesc?? Also would i power it the same??

    Thanks for the reply... i wenr theough it a few times allor seemsed to be on the outside or between the teeth. I would like to keep them on the inside this tike around as all my externals werent very good.... any advise on it the above would work or if i can get 1mm wide or close hall sensors...

    Fantastic this is just the answer i was looking for. Thank you very much for the explanation. My top speed is only going to be 35mph and i usually cruise at 15 or so. So higher end torque is not as important for me as start up torque I believe with this configuration paired with hall sensors...

    ok so if i rewire it from delta to wye and im getting say 20 miles out of my pack(6s 2p) in delta will i now get 10 miles out of my pack in wye since i will be cutting my existing pack in half and running (12s 1p) will i then get 10 miles as a result? or will i get the same 20 miles ? to me...

    So as long as its 120 degrees apart it doesnt matter how many magnets there are roatating sround them?? Shoukd i be sure to place them between windings on the same phase or does it not matter so they could be between aa hall bb ??
