can 2 lipo packs and 2 bms ever get along?

Thanks for the info Amberwolf, I appreciate people looking out for others on this forum. so ended up buying 16 of SPC 8200 mAh 2s. Going to run 2 16s packs in parallel with diodes to separate the output to the controller. A charging plug that will connect and power the two bms's for charging...

can 2 lipo packs and 2 bms ever get along?

Ya the picture is more for reference, I am sure they are just too lazy to take another picture. I think I will stick with a single pack and up the voltage as high as I can go. switch to a 72 volt controller. ***If I were to join 2 I would connect the 2nd battery to battery positive to battery...

can 2 lipo packs and 2 bms ever get along?

Sorry for the delay, Thanks for the replies. Question 1. Is this cell from bmsbattery good or should I look at a different source? or a different setup altogether? I am not afraid of anything complicated just want a good battery that will have good performance and last at least 500...

can 2 lipo packs and 2 bms ever get along?

Good to see all my old ebike friends are still up to their old tricks. I am building a new battery pack for my bigger frame and moving all the parts to the new frame. I was going to use lithium ion 15 ah pouch cells from bmsbattery. I couldn't find the answer to this problem, lets say 2...

You could grind or belt sand the diamond plate flat and then skim it with good quality body filler, then paint. done. high build primer makes life easy.

New to es and my first build :)

buy a sheet of 3mm bendable aluminum, cut out panels as you like, pay someone to tig weld it. should not cost that much if all the fabrication is done. just takes alot of planning. check out the big hit mac10's just recently talked about. 2 different approaches to the same problem.

My welded frame has taken a good beating without any problems, no heat treating. a machinist told me that a quelch in water will harden the aluminium. the aluminium welded on is alot thicker than the thin light weight tubing of the original frame. I haven"t let my bike do any ghost rides down...

would the halls need a slight load on them. try the method of using a resistor and led to show if the hall is switching on and off. the multi meter may have resistance too high to let the voltage bleed off before the hall comes back on again. i dont know the resistor value needed

I remember seeing a video of you jumping the stairs in slow mo and the way your tire bounced 3 times as it settled to the ground and then Rix is always saying to up the rebound dampening and a light bulb went on. you should increase your rebound dampening.
