Hi guys Trouble with PAS SENSOR

I think any 3 wire PAS sensor will work, you'll just have to re-pin it, which is a piece of cake.

Recommendations for 20" electric cargo bike / moped build

Rear 1500 watt motor kit, 48-52 volt/20 amp battery should get you what you want, except the range. 25 mile range without pedaling is impossible imo for 20" fat tire with extra cargo weight, especially if you're riding constantly at 30 mph.

Ebike battery powered Ryobi 40v lawn tools?

    4. Extra weight 5. securing the battery Unless you invested in entire Ryobi collection, I would look for something more affordable. I use Greenworks 40v for everything and batteries are half the cost of Ryobi.

    Battery bms repair

I couldn't get any decent voltage reading anywhere, but I did buy a new battery. However, when wired I'm getting error 30, then computer shuts off, regardless if everything is connected or not. Seems like end of the road for this set up.

    Battery bms repair

Actually I did try it on a 9v battery, which read 7.8 volts because it was pretty old. Meter is set to DC 200. There are no fuses in wires, I tested thick RED and BLACK wires, also at the battery cells as well. I will unwrap this battery tonight and attempt testing groups. Thanks for all your help.

    Battery bms repair

Yeah I tried measuring everywhere, I even unsoldered bms to make sure it wasn't messing things up and still can't get a reading at main power wires, maximum it shows 1 volt. I found a local battery seller that will let me try it on the bike.

    Battery bms repair

I may have completely messed up ordering a wrong bms and charger. When they list "14s", does that mean 14 white wires, black and red, in the connector? Mine has 13 white wires, red and black, total of 15, so is that 13s? Cells are Samsung 18650 26j. Also I'm not able to measure any voltage...

Need help identifying connectors and parts

Thanks, I have a spare full throttle, but prefer a thumb throttle, so I may order one of those. However, for pas I'd rather make my connectors and cover up with electric tape.

Need help identifying connectors and parts

Just got a Juiced Scorpion with missing throttle and ripped off PAS connector. Need to identify replacement or I could just match wires from another set and make my own connectors if replacement is cost prohibited? I don't want to order from Juiced website. Throttle connector from controller...

    Battery bms repair

This completely makes sense for the juiced scorpion I just got, but doesn't for addmotor m-60 with 48v architecture and 14s bms. Was the battery actually 52volt? Why didn't they advertise as such? Which charger should have I gotten?

    Battery bms repair

Here's where I am confused. Aren't all chargers put out more volts than they state on the label? For example, 48 volt chargers put out actual 54-58 volts. 58 volt = 64-68, etc. The 48 volt 14s charger I ordered would be putting out 58.8v per description. I used the 58v charger for a 5-10 second...

    Battery bms repair

Makes sense, it may be able to max out 750 watt, but 750 motor maxes out at 1100 based on previous experience and can go 30 mph. I think I'll be just upgrading the entire set up. Battery is from 2019, so putting any more money into it probably not worth it.

Can someone also explain why this motor advertised as 750 watt, however, based on model it seems it's only 500.

    Battery bms repair

There's a blue resistor right by the top wall that's smoking when I connected charger using the two power wires. Interestingly, display turns on, but then resistor starts smoking. I realized while my charger is 58volts, it puts out more like 64, so that could've cooked it. There's 0 history...

    Battery bms repair

The troubles continue, the controller resistor is smoking when powered up without battery. Not sure if I caused it by using the wrong charger or this what caused the bms problem to begin with. I'll probably have to buy the entire kit and rewire the bike. My question now is, is it possible to...

    Battery bms repair

I'm a bit a noob as far as battery internals. Do all 14s bms have 15 wire connectors, 13s= 14, 10s=11 etc? I found this seems to be matching. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804838712919.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.5.21ef1802CsBwn4&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa&_randl_shipto=US

    Battery bms repair

Got a bike with defective battery, not charging, but puts out about 15 volts. Inside bms looks like transistor #4 cracked. #6 doesn't look very well either. Other than soldering connections, the base seems to be solidly glued. Easy to replace? Perhaps replacing entire bms, can anyone recommend...
