    Wrong charger voltage BMS gone ?

    I plugged the charger which labeled 24V to the ebike battery but no response on the LED when I disassembled it, I found the BMS as shown in the picture after I did the charger test the output was 33V could we say I screwed my battery ?

    Battery pack malfunction

    I bought a second hand bike ,after plug charger the green red cycle blinking endless I dissambled the battery I tested all the components fuse cable connection are ok but the the three cells in parallel were defective I tried to replace them with other brand with same voltage ,the issue still...
