    new tsdz8 pswpower

Sounds very promising! Maybe I will try it this or next week with my motor. How does it feel compared to the OG tsdz8 firmware?

    new tsdz8 pswpower

@mstrens Question regarding your OSF version: As the ENERdan TSDZ2 also has the V2 controller, do you think your firmware works on this motor too? I have a TSDZ2 with V2 and a TSDZ8 here for testing, but I wanted to try it first on the TSDZ2. My TSDZ8 bike is farely new I dont want to risk...

    new tsdz8 pswpower

I strongly suspect that the normal VLCD5 is suitable for this, as ebikestuff writes in their test that 52V is natively supported (TSDZ8 review and TSDZ2 OSF comparison (TSDZ8 vs TSDZ2 OSF)). From personal experience I can only speak of the EKD01 with the TSDZ8, here it works perfectly.

Yes it is and no issues.

    new tsdz8 pswpower

I'm very excited about the firmware project! I hope that other displays will also be compatible with it (I currently use the EKD01).

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Hi, I am currently converting another bike with tsdz2b and wanted to install OSF on it (VLCD6). The first time the programming worked (latest git), but in the VLCD6 menu I always had to switch the light on and off again (E02 flashing) in “no support” mode, i.e. zero bars, in order to get into...

    Cube Hyde TSDZ2B build

I used the Gates CDC Mud Port, because with this one i can get as near to the frame of the bike as possible. The CDX rear sprocket is unfortunately pretty close to the hub gear. Between the Mud Port and the BCD adapter i added some spacers (~2mm). With those spacers, I have perfect lining for...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Are you sure you tested to switch to offroad mode on assist level 2 and not level 1? 850C has 5 levels, on the newest OSF version you have to change it on level 2 if your display uses 5 levels.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Thank you mbrusa, I set the time to menu higher, now it works!

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I have a problem with switching to offroad mode. I am using the DZ41 Display and newest beta. The DZ41 has the same buttons as the SW102. I can switch the lights on by holding the + button for 3-4 seconds. When I do that on mode 0, it shows "02" and the warning light flashes. I can turn off the...

    Cube Hyde TSDZ2B build

My build is (apart from minor details) finally finished. :flame: Donorbike was a Cube Hyde Race black´n´flashgreen 2017. I use the bike for commuting 26 km to work and 26 km back again (therefore the fender and the carrier). - Motor is a Tongsheng TSDZ2B with OSF and DZ41 Display - Chainrider...

    TSDZ2 48v 2020 new firmware

I have good news. I was successfully able to flash the Firmware with no speedlimit to the other controller with speed limit. I have added both firmwares below. You can flash the Firmware with a J-Link and XMCFlasher.

    TSDZ2 48v 2020 new firmware

Unfortunatelly not. I need to wait until my new J-Link arrives, as I accidentally shorted a smd from my last one. But I will report my results as soon as I have tried to flash it. There are no results in you mentioned thread, because the user Donboxo in the pedelec forum is me.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Not a real stealth look, but internal wiring. Battery is mounted on the down tube. Belt drive is Gates Carbon with front CDC MudPort sprocket and rear CDX sprocket in combination with an Alfine SG-S7000-8 (heavily modded frame and motor to fit with the belt line). I will post more pictures when...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

A littel OT, but regarding the last posts: I am currently building a new bike with TSDZ2B and OSF (no problem there, works like a charm, plus DZ41 Display) I intend to use a belt drive, so i had to look at 130 bcd adapter, as there are no direct adapter available for the TSDZ2B at the moment...

    TSDZ2 48v 2020 new firmware

It seems like Enerprof completely changed to the new Version with hard limit at ~25 km/h, even on ebay. Does someone know how to dump the Firmware of the XMC based controller with J-Link? I simply want to dump the Firmware from my controller Version without the 25 km/h limit and flash it to the...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I have the same problem! I would love to use my DZ41 with the OSF, as it is a very nice and clean display.

Has someone already tested OSF with this Display: DZ41 Display Here Available: https://enerprof.de/en/motor-kits/display-parts/tongsheng/1330/enerpower-dz41-display-uart-tongsheng-compatible-6-pins-150-cm-cable

May I ask where you bought the controller? On ebay or the homepage of enerprof?

    TSDZ2 48v 2020 new firmware

This is not possible, as the 5d field can not be changed while the limit is off.
  23. T

    TSDZ2 48v 2020 new firmware

That's too bad! Unfortunately, this makes the one controller completely useless for me, because the shutdown behavior on the limited controller is absolutely unusable. Wouldn't it be at least possible to dump the Firmware from the one controller and, without changing anything, flash it to the...

    TSDZ2 48v 2020 new firmware

All of the Controllers i have owned used epoxy sealing (old and new ones). It seems like there are two Firmware versions for the new controller. I have two new ones (both using VLCD5 Display FW 5.0), on the one Firmware i can set the speed limit to > 25 km/h and on the other i can't. Doesn't...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Short question: The OSF doesn't work with the new controller, does it? My switching to the new controller model vs. the old faulty model was a success and i like the stock firmware, except: -The motor stopping behavior when I stop pedaling is really bad. It stops immediately which feels not...
