10kw or 5kw golden motor for ebike?

I am in the process of writing a grant to build an electric bike at my college. The due date is really soon, this Thursday!
After building my latest ebike I want to do a small scale bike of Luke’s.

I would like to go with the following items:
Greyborg warp frame
10kw golden BLDC motor
Attapto MAX-E controller
Turnigy nano tech LiPO batteries.

Does anyone have experience with the 5kw golden motor? Can it do 6kw constant and 12kw bursts?
Does the 10kw version take 2 controllers? edit: looks like you just parallel the phase wires according to their diagram.
Are there any other high power mid drive motors that could work with this set up?
