Hi,
I'm getting set to build up my first battery with the JP spot welder. This one will be a 10s3p mini pack using panasonic 2.9Ah PF cells, and I'm planning on a 5x6 rectangular layout, partly to make a nice compact shape that can fit in a seat bag, partly because I got the batteries (from Tumich) in 10 cell 5x2 holders. I'd like to keep the holders for physical integrity, but I'll be welding new connections to suit the layout.
Has anyone done this with a 5x6 layout, or can suggest a good arrangement for proper current sharing? I'll be using .015 pure nickel strip for the connections. I may re-use the existing welds where applicable.
Thanks
