does anybody on endless sphere know where i can find reviews on upstart 12v 22ah batteries sold by certified batteries in Burnaby B.C. Canada?
i would like to find if any knows how good thier 12v SLA batteries are if possible!

No likely to find a review of it associated with Ebikes for 2 reasons:

1. Those batteries are only rated for low output. The demands of an ebike motor would ruin them. Depending on the motor, they might not even last 1 full use. You would need a dedicated high discharge, deep cycle battery like those designed for ebikes and scooters.

2. SLA is a dead technology. Almost every other battery tech is better, and when figuring cost per use over time, they aren't even the cheapest.

Even if you look at starting cost (ok, for a larger quantity, but still)

3s9p would replace one of those 65$ 12v lead batteries, and could provide 90 A continuous!!

Or maybe 3s8p of these, even cheaper but much lower C rate:

Words of wisdom. Once upon a time I got new SLA's for my girlfriend's scooter from saskbattery. They were great...at first. 6 months later they were paperweights. Complete waste of time and money. And they apparently have a money-back guarantee, but good luck getting them to honor it, and have fun paying to ship the batteries back.

At least with Larry you know you are getting a SLA that can take the abuse of an ebike/scooter.

But really, spend the extra now and get a lithium pack. Your bike will be so much lighter, so much more power and range. You'll never go back.
