Finally finished my electric scooter build.
2 x 14S "58V" 4AH Echo Battery, backpack mounted
Castle Ice2 80HV esc
Cycle analyst for thumb throttle to RC pulse conversion (had one around)
Sk3 63-74 192kv
Custom CNC milled 66T sprocket and mount
Grit Dirt Scooter

Power is awesome. It wheelies easily at half throttle. Top speed is about 30 MPH which is faster than you'd ever really want to go on a kick scooter(I've yet to hit that only a daredevil friend has). Plenty of power for climbing hills too.

Designed a 3d printed chain tensioner/idler. Increases chain wrap and makes it easier to add pre-load than the sliding slots. It's PLA for now but if I manage to break it I'll switch to some PETG I just received.
