16S pack charging with 8S charger

I have 16S Headway pack.
Due BMS is too slow with balancing the cells, I want to charge the pack with my 8S RC charger.

It's possible to charge to the first 8 cells and the last 8 cells with my RC charger?
If so how do I have to wire this?

Just install balance plugs to match your 8s charger and clip main power leads accordingly.

So you mean just connect charger lead to cell. 1 negative pole and cell nr. 8 postive pole.
Cell nr. 9 negative pole and cell nr. 16 positive pole.
Without removing the battery pack cells connecting taps?

An 8S balance plug should have 9 lead.

Those big headway cell should make it easy; you have to split the pack in two for charging probably by adding wires in the middle.

I think it would work without disconnecting it. I would not do it because current will flow to the other half.
Totally unsure about it.

As long as you only charge one side at a time, you don't have to disconnect anything. You need a charge wire on neg. of cell 1, Another in between cells 8 and 9, and another on positive of cell 16. Personally, I'd probably remove the the4 tab between cell 8 and nine and install a 10awg red wire and bullet on pos. of cell 8, and then install a 10awg black wire and connector on neg of cell 9 so I could parallel both 8s groups to charge at once. Unplug to charge. plug in to use pack.

Yes. you don't need to disconnect, just install a wire thick enough to do the charging current. It will go on the 8 + the 9- or the wire that joins the two.

To balance charge, or single cell charge, you will need some 8s jst balance plugs. Those go on the terminals of each cell, with the 8 of one and the 1 of the other being the same place you put the big wire to charge half at a time.

So I don't have to disconnect bms balance leads.

Can I charge the 8 cells at the same time with two chargers?
