18650 battery calculator?

A while back I saw a calculator for 18650 batteries. If memory serves me right it was a Russian site.
Does anyone know what site I thinking of? Or maybe know of a different batterypack simulator/calculator?

I am not sure it was that site I visited last time, but that link you gave does all what I needed.

It even seems one can upload pics of the frame and scale that pic to correct size to see how different sized batterypacks will fit in the frame. I will have to spend some time on this site. .
