I can't help you, but would like to see some pics of these clothes, mainly electric parts. Fits into shoes?
The clothes I will make will be carbon fiber tape custom clothes. The carbon tape is basically like cloth but heats up nicely and evenly.
I lay out the heating carbon fiber tape to get exactly the heat I want in the body parts or area I want.
I have some experience doing one sweat shirt but now that I know how to do it I'm going to make some nice clothing. They will have lots of adjustments also in temp setting, shutting off areas like the arms of other areas. Many options to get the precise heat I want.
Since I'll be making my own batteries I can make a very large light weight packs for cheap. I will also be able to easily plug into a 12volt converter on my bike so the bike will power everything while I ride. I may also have a 12 volt converter near my computer where I spend a lot of time so that I don't need to run on batteries all the time.
I get cold easily because I am skinny, so I want to be able to be heated on and off the bike, with as much heat as I want and the heat in areas I want distributed evenly through the clothing.
I may be aiming for 30 watts for pants and 30 watts for shirt for a total of 60 watts of heat, but this is all adjustable. I think that will be lots of heat to be honest. I think inside a cool house you only need to run maybe 20 watts to feel warm.
Why heat the whole house when you can just heat your clothing

.
Making the clothing is a lot of fun, there is a bit of a learning curve to figure out the lengths and how to wire the heating tape, but it is fun in the end.
