Ok steveo where do i find the wireing for this controler? Im just trying to power it up and i cant seem to get anything working. I have my 18 fet to trace to compare to but its not the same!
(you see at the top near the date on the board) those 2 green wires horizontally; thats where your 330ohm resistor connects to.. you should already have these wire soldered on your board with a black connector that you can plug your resistor into
the you see that black wire that runs right of the same place as the green wire on the left pad ... that shorts with the + of the controller...
do your testing at lower voltage before you run 100v ... maybe 48v
post some pics so i can make sure she looks good...
Here is my build thread. http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=21604&start=0
I did get it to turn the wheel but my CA is not working it is lighting up but not working or reading I might have fried the CA by hooking it up backwards
Once I get the CA sorted out I will calibrate the shunt and continue.
Hey steveo where do i find the conectors you used for this?????????
Cool thanks splinter. I might order some of those! I was just hoping maybe steveo would say napa or homedepot or something so i could just run and get the matching components to finish my project!
Ok so... My usb cable has 4 wires Red, Green, Black, White Yours has 5 wires comming off the bord steveo Two Reds, A green A Black And a white. How do I use this to program it?
Arlo1,
Make a harness that will tie the 2 positive wires together at the controller for flashing the parameters....flash your programing like normal....when you unplug the conector it should disconect the 2 positive traces...Make sence?

So you are saying to put a jumper on the usb side of the connector not the controler and then when you connect it, it will put the two positives together so it will make it take the flash?
from all the threads i red about it and pics i saw, yours was most understandeable and i dont even have this controller, i just tried to understand it for general info after i bumped into usb ttl adapter, what a relief !
