If you flip those plates your shock is attached to so your back end rides lower, it will change your fork angle, and make that bike more stable at the speeds you can do with 100 volts. you should also readjust the fork arms so they are all the way extended. that will also increase the head angle.
 
Almost fooled me I thought I was looking at an actual stealth bomber!

Do you have any pictures of the build/battery layout? Whats the outside material made out of? Sheet metal?
