If not, we'll need a lot more info from you, about the setup you have, all the parts, what test equipment you have, if any, what wires you've got and what's already connected, and a detailed list of what you have already tried, etc.
Then we need to know whether this is a new setup, unused, or if it came off something else and is being moved to yours, or if it was already working and then stopped working, etc.
