44 BCD to 74 BCD adapter

Does anyone know of a source for a 44mm BCD disc mount to a 74mm BCD chainring (Sugino or equivalent) cog adapter that has a 2.5mm offset. I need to shift the 6 bolt disc mounting plane toward the rear hub center by 2.5mm minimum. Thanks for responding.

Just to let everyone who may have an interest know, I made two of the 44BCD to 74BCD spider adapters. I have attached two JPGs, one of the 3D CAD spider and one of the spider mounted on an SRAM X9 rear hub, including a mounted Sugino 24T cog. The JPG also shows the machining and a 28T Sugino cog. Also used the FSA T-30 double crankring bolts/nuts and they fit perfectly. Offset is about 6.3mm from the normal 44BCD flange (toward the spoke flanges). This still allows 75mm wide tires to be mounted and have the chain clear.
