Hey guys, it was high time I made one of these :)

This is what it looks like right now.

Oops, forgot to screw on the nut

I totally forgot to take pics before/during the build.

Controller is a Kelly KLS96501-8080H 24V-96V
200A Battery.
It wheelies and makes burnouts fine with just 36V
Can't wait to see what it does on 24S and higher gearing

Note: This is far from finished, I just really wanted to ride it a bit before the winter.
I'm still planning on doing the following things:
71 tooth sprocket from 53.
24S1P 30Ah Lithium Battery, for this test I used a 10S2P30Ah Battery.
Turn the left clutch lever into a variable regen lever.
Redo the entire wiring harness with all light and indicators working.
Paint the entire thing black including the wheels.
Make the original RPM gauge work.
Add a on-board charger.
Make it road legal?
Maybe, not anytime soon though.

congrates! looks nice :thumb:

Is it 2000W QS motor?

That looks great. More battery will make it more fun.

What kind of cells are you using in your battery?

Thanks guys, it's the QS 3000 138.
Right now I'm using a 36V LG Chem battery.
I really want to use two of the 12S Samsung SDI batteries in series.

Problem is the space, I'll have to do some cutting and welding... Which I'm not too stoked about :?

I've thought about all the mounting positions already, it would rub against the tire with just a small bump on the road. I was thinking of maybe placing a small 18650 pack in there, about 1 Kwh as a range extender. I'd flip a switch and it engages a DC-DC boost converter

My guess is that it goes ~60 kph, will measure it over the weekend.

60km/hr on just 10 cells is impressive, especially if the acceleration is still decent.

I'm considering the same motor for a 100 cc motocross conversion.
