Fellow Dutchman here, If I where you I would buy a wrecked scooter or an electric scooter frame.
Just remove the VIN number and bolt it onto your scooter. The RDW will give you a very hard time!
In 90% of the cases i have been there, one visit was not enough.. They will almost always find something to make you come back, with will cost a lot of money.
