So a 52 volt battery of 18ah will have a higher range than a 48volt battery of the same amp hours, namely 18ah?

Why is this? I have read that this is the case.

But if they are both put to their highest speed limit should they not loose their current around as fast? Or will the 52 volt battery still have more range? Despite the battery going faster and harder during that ride?

A bit confused about that so I just want to understand it 🤔.

52 x 18 = 936Wh 48 x18 = 864Wh divided by WH/mile or kilometer. More energy is stored in a 52V/18Ah battery than in a 48V/18ah battery.
