It has been my experience that finding fuses that are actually rated for E-Bike DC voltages can be challenging. Mostly what we see are 12, 24, or 32 volts DC. However this evening I ran across some that might be of interest: 58 Volt Terminal Block Fuses
They ain't what one could call inexpensive and the bottom of the range starts at 30 Amps however they might be worth considering.
