i am currently doing this project too and recently bought a 190kv motor from hobbyking. So my next item on the list is to get an ESC but i do not know what Amp or what spec and i suppose to get. Any suggestions? :| :| :| :| please give me the link of the item

It really depends if you will have one or two motors.
Also it depends on your wheel size and battery voltage.
I think it Is fair to say that most people use 6S lipo and 150amp car esc..
This is most likely due to the readily available range of said batteries and ESC'S.
Most beginners shop at the online hobby stores and will use the RC car parts...
However as the eboard community develops there are more & more custom built & dedicated eboard solutions becoming available.
I recommend reading the sticky at the top of this subsection
